THE PROJECT

When Nelson Structural came to us, they wanted a website that featured large, gorgeous renderings and photos of the structures they worked on. Engineering is all about paying attention to detail — because lives depend on it. NSE’s website had to convey that message to their prospective clients.

The client also needed a fresh logo. Our team worked with the client to hone in on the exact color scale and branding they were looking for. 

We centered the website around a large homepage photo slider and a slick portfolio page. On the portfolio page, users can narrow the projects down by category and then click to view more detail.

NSE realized the challenges associated with trying to track down large scale photos and renderings of projects from architects and marketing. In order to ease the struggle, we designed two projects templates for the client: one that utilized a full width image with project details below and another that urilized a left-justified photo at 40% sizing with project details to the right.
