Hayden Medical is a leading worldwide supplier of precision surgical instruments. Based in Santa Clarita, California, Hayden prides itself in providing outstanding products with a customer-service-minded focus. 

THE PROJECT

Hayden Medical came to us looking for a new website that best showcased their product catalog. They wanted a website that was simple, easy to navigate, provided a professional presence. One nuance to the site is the e-commerce experience. Because of the tight regulations surrounding surgical equipment, Hayden’s staff must touch base with the customer and obtain the required information. We designed a site that has an e-commerce store but ultimately relies on Hayden’s staff to complete the purchase with the customer, thereby meeting federal regulations. 

Our favorite part of the Hayden Medical site design is the instrument category images that our team created from scratch. It’s a little touch that showcases the custom website. Like all of our e-commerce websites, we included an AJAX predictive search box to make it easy for customers to find the instrument they need out of the hundreds available.
