Established in 2000, RM Elite is one of Los Angeles’s premier general contracting companies. Rudy Martinez began his professional career over 25 years ago, starting with a painting and decorating license and later, earning his California State General Contractor’s license. Under the watchful eye of high-end contractors, Rudy honed and developed his skills while working on some of the most exclusive homes in the Southern California area.
